Christine Friday has over 30 years of experience spanning global corporate recruiting, economic development, workforce initiatives, and community-based employment programs.
Her career uniquely bridges the worlds of corporate talent strategy and community workforce development, giving her a rare, well-rounded perspective on both employer needs and job seeker realities.
Christine has partnered with organizations ranging from early-stage companies to global enterprises, including Cisco, Oracle, and Topcon Positioning Systems, supporting hiring, workforce transitions, and talent development across IT, engineering, legal, finance, operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership functions.
In addition to her corporate experience, Christine has worked in economic development and workforce ecosystem partnerships, collaborating with career centers, adult education programs, chambers of commerce, community colleges, workforce boards, community-based organizations, and employers to design and deliver job readiness, employability training, career pathway and workforce support programs aligned with regional labor market needs.
